How to Integrate Zendesk with Your GoZen Form account.

When you click the “Integrations” tab, you’ll be displayed the available ESPs you can connect with. Click on Zendesk to initiate the integration process.

Step 1 When you click Zendesk, you’ll be asked for your Zendesk API Key, Account Email and subdomain Step 2 Login to your Zendesk account and navigate to Zendesk API Key and copy it.

Step 3 Enter your Zendesk API, Account Email and subdomain then click on next.

Step 4 You’ll be asked to choose the list where you want the response to go. Choose the preferred list and click "Next".

Step 5 You need to map your questions fields with Zendesk fields

It’s done. You have successfully integrated GoZen Form with your Vbout account.
