Question types
There are different types of questions type that are available on GoZen Form
You can access the question types by logging in to your account, choosing an existing GoZen Form, or creating a new one, and the Create panel will appear. To open the menu, click the Add new question icon:

Welcome Screen
Make a good first impression by starting the survey with the welcome screen.
Text
These are short text responses from individuals
Paragraph
If you want individuals to send you long responses, this is the way to go.
Email
This is ideal for collecting email addresses from individuals. As responses, only fully formed email addresses are accepted: abc@abc.com
Phone Number
Ideal to collect individual contact numbers each country is configured so they can only enter a correctly formatted number.
Multiple Choice
This is to give multiple answers to the same questions. An individual can be restricted in choosing the number of answers
Dropdown
A dropdown question is a great way to give individuals different options to choose from
Rating
This is a graphic way of rating something.
Date
The Date question allows individuals to choose a date in one format : DD/MM/YYYY
Number
This input accepts only numbers as responses.
Yes/No
Use this for closed-ended questions with a yes/no answer.
WebSite
This is ideal to collect website links from individuals
File Upload
Use this to upload files as responses to job applications or to submit work.
Thank you Screen
The thank-you screen can be used to thank people for taking the time to complete the form.
Net Promoter Score
On a scale from 0 to 10, the NPS research metric asked respondents how likely they are to suggest a good or service to a friend. If respondents rank between 9 and 10, they are categorized as promotors (a rating of 7 or 8). a score of six or less is detractors.
Picture Choice
This is similar to multiple choice, but you can offer users a selection of pictures
Statement
This is what you need when you want to say something but don't require an answer. With a Statement, you can include a saying or message in your GoZen form. These are excellent for pausing or introducing the following section of your GoZen Form.
Payment
Add a Stripe Payment block to your GoZen Forms to sell products or services, accept donations, and much more
