How to Integrate Engage With Your Zoho CRM Account?

• It is advised that you integrate your ESP when you are in the middle of creating a new campaign. If you do not know how to create a campaign, click here to know.

When creating a campaign navigate to the integrations tab and Click on “Zoho CRM” to initiate the integration process.

When you click Zoho CRM, you’ll be asked to enter your account id, list id, access token, refresh token, expires in, and expires out

You can visit this page to get your Zoho CRM id's.

When you click Zoho CRM , you’ll be redirected to a page where you can enter your credentials and login into Zoho CRM account.

Login to your Zoho CRM account. Once the access is granted, you need to select your account and audience list.
