How to Integrate Engage With Your Intercom Account?

• It is advised that you integrate your ESP when you are in the middle of creating a new campaign. If you do not know how to create a campaign, click here to know.

When creating a campaign navigate to the integrations tab and Click on “Intercom” to initiate the integration process.

You can visit this page to get your Intercom API Key.

When you click Intercom, you’ll be asked to enter your API key.

Login to your Intercom account. Find your API key and head back to the integrations tab.

Click “Validate” to ensure that the connection goes through.

Once validated, you would have successfully integrated with Intercom now.

It’s done. You have successfully integrated Engage with your Intercom account.
