How to Integrate Engage with Your Salesforce account?

​In this article, you will learn how to integrate Engage with Salesforce. Read and follow the below-mentioned steps to connect Engage with Salesforce.Here are a few things you should know before you start.

• If you are using any other Email Service Provider other than Salesforce, you can find the integration guide here .

• It is best when you integrate with your ESP when you are in the middle of creating a new campaign.

• When you are creating a campaign, you’ll come across the “Integrations” section which allows you to integrate with Salesforce.

When you click Salesforce, you’ll be asked to enter your Instance URL, Access Token, Refresh Token, Expires In, Expires At

Head to your Salesforce account and find the API keys. Copy the same and head back to the Integrations page on Engage

Paste and Instance URL, Access Token, Refresh Token, Expires In, Expires At then click submit.

You'll be asked to choose an audience list from the available lists you've already created. Choose the preferred list and click "Save".

You’ll have your Salesforce account integrated with Engage in a few minutes after which you can view email lists from your Salesforce account.

It’s done. You have successfully integrated Engage with your Salesforce account.
