How to integrate Engage with your KonnectzIT account?

In this article, you’ll know how you can integrate Engage with KonnectzIT . Read the below mentioned steps to know how you can do it.

• If you are looking forward to integrate any other Email marketing service provider other than Intercom, you can find the instructions here.

• It is advised that you integrate your ESP when you are in the middle of creating a new campaign. If you do not know how to create a campaign, click here to know.

Here are a few things you should know before you start.

Click on KonnectzIT from the integrations menu

When you click the KonnectzIT icon from your integration list, you get the launch window as shown in the screenshot below.

Now, head to your KonnectzIT dashboard (log in if you haven’t already) and click on the “Create Konnectz” tab.

Select ‘Webhook’ from the Webhook Apps and Copy the Webhook URL.

Now, head to Optinly dashboard -> Integrations -> KonnectzIT, paste the Webhook URL and click Save.

You’ll be able to see the success message, post which, you’ll be able to see that you have integrated with KonnectzIT.

To verify the integration at KonnectzIT end, you can follow the below steps;

NOTE: Before getting started, make sure you have activated a campaign at your site.

1. 1.Click on the ‘Capture webhook response’

2. Now, go to your site and subscribe in the popup and go to KonnectzIT to check the response. Usually, it may take up to 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Once the webhook has received data, you can find the success message there.That’s it.
