How to Create a Ecommerce Recommendations with GoZen Engage

1. Navigate to the GoZen Engage platform and go to the templates section

2. Choose the industry category that is relevant to your Ecommerce store.

3. Click on the "Ecommerce" option to view the available Ecommerce recommendation templates for your industry.

4. Select the appropriate eCommerce recommendation template for your use case.

5. you need to add the products to recommend to the users after completing the questionnaire

Click on the "add products" button on the product page. Then there will be list of options for adding products

To add products Manually

Select add manually option you will be asked to fill the product details manually

Product name: The name of your product.

Description: A concise explanation or summary outlining the key features and characteristics of a product.

SKU: A stock keeping unit, a unique code or number assigned to a specific product to track inventory and facilitate sales management.

Price: The cost or amount of money required to purchase a product.

Button: A clickable button for initiating a purchase or navigating through a website.

Button link: The URL or hyperlink associated with a button, directing the user to a specific webpage or action when clicked.

Tag: A descriptive keyword or label assigned to a product to facilitate easy categorization, searchability, and organization.

To Add your Store

Click on the desired ecommerce store integration (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, RSS feed).

Step 4: On the integration page, follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your ecommerce store.

Step 5: Provide relevant credentials, such as API keys or store URLs, as requested.

Step 6: Complete the authentication process as per the instructions.

Step 7: Once the ecommerce store is successfully connected, the system will import the products automatically.

Step 8: The imported products will then be available for recommendation based on survey or questionnaire responses.

Note: The specific integration process and steps may vary depending on the ecommerce platform being used. It is recommended to follow the on-screen instructions provided within the system for accurate integration.

Design & Edit Questionnaire

After you are done with imporiting products . Navigate to design page where you start editing your design and content of the questionaire

On the editing page, you will see various customization options such as the ability to change the title image, add form fields, edit button texts, and set background images.

If you want to modify the content, click on the "Edit" button. This will take you to the three main options: start screen, questions, and result page.

On the start screen, you can customize the header description and button texts according to your preferences.

On the questions section, you will find a list of different questions. You can customize these questions to suit your needs.

In the results menu, you have the option to edit the header description, cover image, redirect URL, and filter products to show on recommendation.

Product Filter Configuration

  1. Access the product filter functionality by clicking on the "Filter Product" button in the result section..

  1. Choose the desired filter criteria from the available options: Title, Price, and Tag.

  1. Select the comparison operator based on your requirements. You can choose between "Equal To" or "Not Equal To" options.

  1. Define the configuration parameters by specifying your preferences for the selected filter criteria.

  1. To add additional filters and further refine your results, click on the "Add Option" button.

Note: The product filter configuration allows you to customize your search results according to your preferences. By following the above steps, you can easily configure the product filter and obtain tailored results based on your recommendations.
