How to deactivate my GoZen Notify account?

You can deactivate/delete your GoZen Notify account by heading to the “Account” section. Also, you can get in touch with our support team if you find any difficulties using Optinly. We can help you out with the same so that you wouldn’t have to deactivate.

What happens when I deactivate my account?

When you deactivate your Optinly account, you no longer will be able to enjoy GoZen Notify’s features. Also, all your stored data will be deleted.

Can I pause my subscription?

No, you cannot pause your subscription. But, you can cancel your subscription and still use GoZen Notify’s premium features until the plan ends.
