How to Integrate GoZen Form with Your Salesforce Account

When you click the “Integrations” tab, you’ll be displayed the available ESPs you can connect with. Click on Salesforce to initiate the integration process.

When you click Salesforce, you’ll be asked for your Salesforce URL. Enter your Salesforce URL and then click on authenticate.

You need to login with your Salesforce account. You’ll be asked to choose the list where you want the response to go. Choose the preferred list and click "Save".

You need to map your questions fields with Salesforce fields

It’s done. You have successfully integrated GoZen Form with your Salesforce account.
