Add Custom Domain

Navigate to user profiles and select settings.

Click on domain and select custom domain.

Enter the domain you want to connect into the empty field and click Next.

GoZen Forms now knows which domain you want to connect to, but in order for it to work, you must change your domain's DNS settings to point to GoZen Forms servers.

Log in to your domain provider's dashboard, select the domain you want to use, and then click Manage Zone (your provider might call it something different).

Create a new CNAME record to point to forms.gozen.io with any Value or Answer (your provider might call it something different) and set TTL to the shortest time possible.

Once you've added the domain, please ask get in touch with us in support chat and request to activate it. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 48-72 hours for these changes to take effect.

Then you need to navigate to share panel and select the domain you want to form to appear
