Import Contacts

There are three ways to import your contacts to GoZen

  • Import by .CSV

  • Manually adding a single subscriber

  • Connect with API key.

How to import subscribers from .csv

  1. Click on the import contact button from the audience page

  1. Click the Import from the .csv file tab.

  1. Drag and drop the file containing your contacts into the box, or choose it from your computer. It will automatically upload.

Contact Validation In CSV Upload

First name: letters, space

email: valid email address

phone: valid phone number with country code

language : letters, space

we will only validate contacts if it is in this format

  1. Click on the blue next button.

  1. To organize your contacts, map the column label to contact information.

  2. Click on the blue next button.

  1. Categorize the contacts depending on their email marketing state, such as subscribed or unsubscribed, and provide a list name as well as the location from which the contacts were exported.

Automatically begin importing your contacts if any of your imported contacts already exists in your audience, the data from your imports will automatically be replaced.

How to add single subscriber

You can manually import the subscriber’s info to a single subscriber

  1. Select the create contacts from the audience page.

  1. Fill out the email, list name, first and last name, phone number, language , country and state.

  2. Click save to add your contact to the list.

Connect with API Key

To import subscribers from third party applications with API Key

  1. Click the application file tab

  2. Enter API key

  3. Choose the list to which you would like to import your contacts.

  4. To organize your contacts, map the column label to contact information

  1. Click on the blue next button.

  2. Categorize the contacts depending on their email marketing state, such as subscribed or unsubscribed.

  1. Automatically begins importing your contacts.
