Overview

Zapier allows you to connect GoZen DeepAgent with thousands of apps like Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, and more. This integration enables workflow automation without coding.

Follow these steps to set up Zapier with DeepAgent.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Zapier Integration

1. Log in to your GoZen DeepAgent account.

2. Navigate to the DeepAgent dashboard.

3. Click on Integration from the left menu.

1. Select Zapier from the available integration options.

Step 2: Get Your API Key

1. Click on ''Get your api key from here''.

2. Copy the API key provided—this will be required to connect DeepAgent to Zapier.

Step 3: Connect DeepAgent to Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account (or create one).

2. Click "Create a Zap" on the Zapier dashboard.

3. Choose DeepAgent as the Trigger App.

4. Select a Trigger Event.

5. Paste the DeepAgent API Key when prompted.

Step 4: Choose an Action App

1. Select the app where you want to send the DeepAgent data (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, CRM).

2. Configure the Action Event (e.g., add a new row in Google Sheets, send a message to Slack).

3. Map the DeepAgent data fields to the selected app fields.

Step 5: Test & Activate the Zap

1. Click Test & Continue to ensure the integration works correctly.

2. If successful, click Publish Zap to activate the automation.

3. Your DeepAgent data will now be automatically sent to the connected app when the trigger event occurs.
