Teams
Teams in DeepAgent allow you to collaborate with team members, manage their roles, and control access to bot-related actions.
Inviting Team Members
To invite a teammate to join your DeepAgent workspace:
Click on the Invite button located at the top right corner of the Teams dashboard.
Enter the Email Address of your teammate.
Click on Send Invite to send the invitation.
Your teammate will receive an invitation email.
Open the invitation email.
Click on the Join Team button.
Verify the email to complete the process.
Teams Dashboard
The Teams Dashboard provides a clear overview of all team members and their permissions.
Team Members List: Displays the list of invited team members.
Bot Access (On/Off): Toggle bot access for each member.
Roles:
Admin: Full access to all settings and actions.
Member: Limited access based on assigned permissions.
Actions: Show/Hide specific team members from the view.
Permissions: Customize actions a team member can perform, including:
Can View: Allows viewing bot data and settings.
Can Delete: Allows deleting bots or content.
Can Download: Grants permission to download reports or data.
Can Retrain: Allows retraining the bot with new data or inputs.
Can Update: Enables updating bot settings and configurations.
Delete Member: Remove a team member from the team by selecting the Delete option.
How It Works
Team members can be invited and onboarded easily via email.
Admins can control roles, permissions, and bot access directly from the dashboard.
Role-specific permissions ensure secure and efficient collaboration among team members.
