Report

The Reports feature in DeepAgent provides detailed insights into your bot’s performance, such as total chats, opened and closed chats, feedback ratings, and inbound conversations. It allows you to analyze trends and export data for efficient tracking and optimization of customer interactions..

  • Displays the total number of chats, including the following breakdown:

    • Total Chats: All chats handled by the bot.

    • Opened Chats: Chats currently in progress.

    • Closed Chats: Chats that have been resolved.

New Chats

The New Chats section tracks: Displays the total number of chats initiated within a specific time frame.

  • Source Breakdown: Chats coming from:

    • Widgets

    • WhatsApp

    • Telegram

  • Bar Chart: Visualizes chat trends by date and month.

Inbound Conversion

The Inbound Conversion measures how effectively incoming chats are converted into meaningful interactions or resolved outcomes.

  • Conversion Tracking: Monitors how many inbound chats result in successful conversions or resolutions.

  • Conversation URLs: Lists the URLs of conversations, with indicators showing the conversion status:

    • Green Markers: Represents successful conversions.

    • Red Markers: Indicates unresolved or unsuccessful outcomes.

Feedback Rating

The Feedback Rating section shows user feedback after chatbot interactions, helping to assess performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Feedback Categories:

    • Excellent

    • Good

    • Neutral

    • Poor

    • Very Bad

Data is displayed as a pie chart, offering a clear overview of the feedback distribution.
