Key Details Captured

The Feedback Feature collects the following information:

  • Name: The user providing the feedback.

  • Feedback: User's written comments or suggestions.

  • Rating: The rating provided by the user (e.g., Excellent, Good, Neutral, Poor, Very Bad).

  • Website: The specific website page the user was on while interacting with the chatbot.

  • View Chat: A link to view the conversation associated with the feedback for further analysis.


Manage Feedback

  1. View Chat:

    • The View Chat link allows you to open the specific chat conversation related to the feedback for better understanding and context.

  2. Download Feedback:

    • Feedback data can be downloaded for record-keeping, analysis, or reporting purposes.


How It Works

  1. Users provide feedback after chatbot interactions through a feedback form.

  2. The collected data, including ratings and comments, is displayed in the platform.

  3. Businesses can:

    • Review user-provided details and ratings.

    • Analyze conversation context using the View Chat link.

    • Download the feedback for reporting or further action.
