Dashboard overview

The Dashboard in DeepAgent is designed to monitor and manage your chatbot's activity. It provides key metrics, recent interactions, and visual insights into the bot's performance.

Key Features in the Dashboard

  1. Total Chats

    • Displays the total number of chats handled by the chatbot.

  2. Total Feedbacks

    • Shows the total number of feedback responses from users after interacting with the chatbot.

  3. Total Members

    • Indicates the total number of team members who have access to the bot.

  4. Bot Information

    • Shows the bot's name and its current status (Online or Offline).

    • Option to manage bot settings or delete the bot.

  5. New Chats Graph

    • A graph displaying new chats over a selected period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

    • Helps track chatbot performance and user engagement trends.

  6. Recent Chats

    • Displays a list of recent chats, including user names, time stamps, and chat previews.

    • Allows you to click "Go to Chat" to view detailed chat conversations.
